What do we do exactly?
The short answer? It depends. It might be an immersive environment, a game, a projection or a physical interface, or something entirely new that emerges along the way. Rather than starting with a predefined format or technology, we start with the story, the audience and what we want the experience to achieve. From there, we find the combination of design, storytelling and technology that makes the most sense.

From first idea to opening day and beyond
Every project starts somewhere different, which is why we don’t begin with a ready-made solution. Instead, we work closely with our clients throughout the process, exploring ideas, testing possibilities and gradually shaping them into an experience that works for both the story and the people who will encounter it.

Design & Prototype
As the idea takes shape, we bring design, content and technology together and make it tangible through prototypes. Testing and iteration allow us to understand how the experience actually feels and works before committing to the final solution.

Build
We work closely throughout production, allowing the physical and digital parts of the experience develop together. This makes it easier to solve challenges along the way and ensures that the finished experience feels like one coherent whole.

Launch & Evolve
Our involvement doesn’t end on your opening day. We install, test and fine-tune the experience in its real environment and continue to monitor, support and develop it as content, technology and needs change over time.
